BVT-8S Intelligent Bearing Vibrometer
The BVT-8S intelligent bearing vibrometer is a special instrument for measuring the vibration speed and acceleration value of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, spherical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, mainly by hydrostatic pressure The main shaft and its driving system, sensor position adjustment device, bearing discharge adjustment device, axial loading device, radial loading device, speed sensor, acceleration sensor and electronic measurement system are composed of components. The electronic measurement system is composed of sensors, preamplifiers; it is composed of capture card, computer and vibrometer analysis software. This instrument has the function of measuring bearing vibration value (effective value and peak value), intelligent identification function of bearing manufacturing defect and bearing noise monitoring function.
