Product Details

The BVT-8S intelligent bearing vibration meter is a specialized instrument designed to measure the vibration velocity and acceleration of deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, and cylindrical roller bearings. It mainly consists of components such as a hydrostatic spindle and its drive system, a sensor positioning adjustment mechanism, a bearing unloading and adjustment device, an axial loading device, a radial loading device, a velocity sensor, an acceleration sensor, and an electronic measurement system. The electronic measurement system comprises sensors, preamplifiers, data acquisition cards, a computer, and vibration analysis software for the meter. This instrument features functions for measuring bearing vibration values (root mean square and peak values), intelligently identifying manufacturing defects in bearings, and monitoring bearing noise.
