Ningbo Yirong Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.is a professional manufacturer of bearing testing equipment, primarily engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of equipment for measuring dynamic bearing performance indicators such as bearing vibration, fatigue life, and friction torque.

Yirong Technology is a member unit of the Technical Committee of the China Bearing Industry Association, a vice-chairperson unit of the Professional Committee for Quality Inspection and Testing Technologies of the China Bearing Industry Association, a national high-tech enterprise, a director unit of the Ningbo Automation Society, and a member unit of the Ningbo Electronic Industry Association.

Yirong Technology has an Enterprise Engineering Center, which comprises four R&D departments: the Mechanical Structure and Transmission R&D Department, the Precision Sliding Shaft System R&D Department, the Electronic Circuits and Signal Processing R&D Department, and the Electrical Control R&D Department. The research team includes two PhD holders, three master’s degree holders, and seven bachelor’s degree holders. Since 2010, the company has obtained more than 20 patents, including invention patents and utility model patents, as well as two software copyrights. In 2009, Yirong Technology undertook the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Program project titled “Research on Key Technologies and Equipment Development for Intelligent Inspection and Sorting of Bearing Quality.” In 2010, the company participated in drafting the national standard “National Metrological Calibration Specification for Acceleration-Type Bearing Vibration Meters.” Yirong Technology possesses liquid sliding shaft system machining technology for vibration meters that is among the most advanced in China’s bearing industry. Meanwhile, its copyrighted “Intelligent Identification Software for Manufacturing Defects in Deep Groove Ball Bearings” also ranks among the most advanced in China.
