Product Details

The BVT-6S intelligent bearing vibration meter can measure the vibration velocity of various types of bearings, including deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, and spherical outer-ring bearings. The instrument consists of several components, including a sensor, a driver, a sensor-position adjustment mechanism, a radial loading device (which can be customized according to the specific requirements of the bearing being tested and selected by the customer), an axial loading device, and a measurement amplifier—see Figure 1. This instrument employs a digital electronic measurement system comprising a sensor, a preamplifier, a data acquisition card, a computer, and vibration analysis software, and it features intelligent identification capabilities for bearing manufacturing defects. Additionally, the instrument is equipped with a monitoring device that allows operators to detect abnormal noises associated with bearing vibrations.
