BVT-6S Intelligent Bearing Vibrometer
The BVT-6S intelligent bearing vibrometer may measure the vibration speed of bearings such as deep groove balls, angular contact balls, tapered rollers, and outer spherical surfaces. It consists of sensors, drivers, sensor position adjustment devices, and radial loading devices (according to the tested bearing It needs to be customized by the customer), axial loading device and measurement amplifier, as shown in Figure 1. This instrument adopts a digital electronic measurement system, which is composed of sensors, preamplifiers, acquisition cards, computers and vibrometer analysis software. Intelligent recognition functions of bearing manufacturing defects. At the same time, a monitoring device is provided for the operator to monitor the abnormal noise of bearing vibration.
