Product Details

The BVT-1S intelligent bearing vibration measurement instrument is a specialized device designed to measure the vibration velocity (with optional acceleration measurement) of deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact bearings, and tapered roller bearings.
The BVT-1S intelligent vibration meter converts signals from bearing vibrations into electrical signals via sensors. These electrical signals then undergo a series of processing steps, including sampling, filtering, computation, and statistical analysis, to obtain several key parameters characterizing bearing quality. By comparing these parameters with reference values, the meter can distinguish between different bearing quality grades, analyze and statistically assess manufacturing defects, and automatically classify bearings into predefined quality categories.
The BVT-1S can measure the root mean square (RMS), peak value, low-frequency, mid-frequency, and high-frequency components of bearing vibration. Its intelligent analysis software simultaneously diagnoses potential faults in the inner race, outer race, rolling elements, retainer, and ultra-fine surfaces of the tested bearing.
