BVT-1S intelligent Bearing
The BVT-1S intelligent bearing vibrometer is a special instrument for measuring the vibration speed of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact bearings and tapered roller bearings (acceleration may be measured).
The BVT-1S intelligent vibrometer converts the signal of bearing vibration into an electrical signal through a sensor. Then a series of processing such as sampling, filtering, calculation, and statistics are performed on the electrical signal to obtain several parameters of bearing quality. These parameters are combined with The comparison of benchmark parameters may distinguish the quality level of the bearing, analyze and count the manufacturing defects of the bearing, and then automatically classify the quality of the bearing.
BVT-1S may measure the effective value, peak value, low frequency, intermediate frequency and high frequency of bearing vibration.The intelligent analysis software also diagnoses possible faults in the inner ring, outer ring, steel ball, retainer and super precision of the tested bearing.
