Product Details
The BVT-1 measuring instrument is a specialized device used to measure the vibration velocity of deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, and tapered roller bearings with inner diameters less than 65 mm. It is widely used in the bearing industry.
The BVT-1 measuring instrument consists primarily of five components: the spindle system, the axial loading device, the sensor adjustment mechanism, the speed sensor, and the electronic measurement instrument.
The frequency bands of the BVT-1 measuring instrument are divided into three ranges: low, medium, and high. Vibrations in the low-frequency band (50 Hz–300 Hz) may be influenced by part eccentricity and deviations in the roundness of the raceway. Vibrations in the medium-frequency band (300 Hz–1.8 kHz) may be affected by irregular defects on the rolling element surfaces and by waviness induced by grinding machine vibrations during raceway machining. Vibrations in the high-frequency band (1.8 kHz–10 kHz) may be impacted by rolling-element waviness, dense vibration patterns appearing on the raceway, and roughness with larger spacing and irregularities.
The spindle system of the BVT-1 measuring instrument features high-precision hydrostatic and hydrodynamic fluid film bearings, with a clearance fit between the bearings and the housing. The electronic measuring instrument employs weak-signal processing technology and shielding techniques, giving it excellent anti-interference capability.
The BVT-1 measuring instrument features stable readings, excellent repeatability, and clear noise performance, placing it at a relatively advanced level within China.
