BVT-1 Bearing vibration
The BVT-1 vibrometer is a special instrument for measuring the vibration speed of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings with an inner diameter of less than 65mm, and has been widely used in the bearing industry.
The BVT-1 vibrometer is mainly composed of five parts: spindle system, axial cutting device, sensor adjustment device, speed sensor and electronic vibrometer.
The frequency band of the BVT-1 vibrometer is divided into three frequency bands, low, medium and high, and the low frequency band
The vibration of (50Hz-300Hz) may be affected by the eccentricity of the parts and the circular deviation of the raceway. The vibration of the intermediate frequency band (300Hz-1.8KHz) may be caused by irregular defects on the surface of the rolling element and the vibration of the grinding machine in the raceway processing.
The influence of waviness, high-frequency (1.8KHz-10KHz) vibration, may be affected by the waviness of the rolling element, the dense vibration pattern that appears in the raceway, and the roughness of the irregular large spacing.
The main shaft system of the BVT-1 vibrometer is a high-precision dynamic and static pressure liquid sliding bearing, and the bearing is in a clearance fit with the box.
The electronic vibrometer adopts weak signal processing technology and shielding technology,
and has strong anti-interference ability.
The BVT-1 vibrometer has stable measurement values, good repeatability and clear noise, which is at a leading level in China.
