The S9502 ball vibration meter is a specialized instrument used to measure the magnitude of ball vibrations.
The S9502 ball vibration measuring instrument consists of five main components: the spindle system, the axial loading device, the sensor adjustment device, the acceleration sensor, and the electronic measurement instrument.
The display unit of the S9502 ball vibration meter uses a linear scale, which, compared to a nonlinear scale, helps improve the accuracy of readings.
Since the vibration signal of the steel ball is much smaller than that of the bearing, the S9502 places extremely high demands on the base vibration, shaft alignment accuracy, and the anti-interference capability and stability of electronic measuring instruments.
