S0910-ⅢS Intelligent Bearing vibrometer
The S0910-ⅢS intelligent bearing vibrometer is a special instrument for measuring the vibration acceleration of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact bearings and tapered roller bearings (speed measurement may be selected).
The S0910-ⅢS intelligent bearing vibrometer converts the bearing vibration signal into an electrical signal by a sensor. And then, a series of processing such as sampling, filtering, computing, and statistics are performed on the electrical signal to obtain several parameters regarding to the bearing quality. These parameters are combined with The comparison of benchmark parameters may distinguish the quality level of the bearing, analyze and count the manufacturing defects of the bearing, and then automatically classify the quality of the bearing.
S0910-ⅢS Intelligent bearing vibrometer may measure the effective value, peak value, low frequen cy, intermediate frequency and high frequency of bearing vibration. The intelligent analysis software also diagno ses the possible flaws existing in inner ring, outer ring, steel ball, retainer and super precision of the tested bearing.
