S0910-Ⅲ Bearing vibrometer
The S0910-Ⅲ vibrometer is a special instrument for measuring the vibration acceleration of deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings with an inner diameter of less than 65mm, and has been widely used in the bearing industry.
The S0910-Ⅲ vibrometer is mainly composed of five parts: spindle system, sensor adjustment device, axial loading device, accelerometer and electronic vibrometer.
The S0910-Ⅲ vibrometer simultaneously displays the effective decibel and peak decibel of acceleration in the 50Hz-10KHz frequency band. The effective decibel generally reflects the magnitude of bearing vibration, and the peak decibel indicates that it is caused by processing defects, bumps and impurities The maximum amplitude value of the sudden change of the vibration signal, reflected from the microscopic view.

During the dynamic measurement process, the vibration and noise of the bearing may be heard very clearly and realistically, and the real-time waveform of the bearing vibration may be seen through the oscilloscope.
The shaft system of the S0910-Ⅲ vibrometer is a high-precision hydrodynamic sliding bearing.
The driving shaft and the measuring shaft are set separately. The driving shaft is connected with the motor, the measuring shaft is connected with the bearing under test, and the measuring shaft is connected to the driving shaft through a coupling. The purpose is to improve the rotation accuracy of the measuring shaft. The shaft system is in clearance fit with the box, and the grinding process is used during processing.
The electronic vibrometer adopts weak signal processing technology and shielding technology, and has strong anti-interference ability. The S0910-Ⅲ vibrometer has stable measurement values, good repeatability, and clear noise. It is at a relatively advanced level in China.
