The bearing torque testing machine mainly consists of several major components, including a drive system, bearing-fixing fixture, loading device, computer-based measurement instruments, and a control system. It measures the starting torque and running torque of bearings under various axial loading forces and different inner and outer ring deflection angles.
The entire measurement process is monitored by a computer. The measured parameter is torque, and the set parameters include rotational speed, axial load, and time. Both the axial load and torque can be displayed in real time as curves and numerical values, and can be automatically stored by the computer for later retrieval. Measurement data can be exported in Excel format, and the export reports can be customized.
