Friction Torque Automatic vibrometer
This bearing vibrometer is an automatic vibrometer for rolling friction torque specially designed for bearings (model 6006; outer diameter Ø55mm, inner diameter Ø30mm, width 13mm). The vibrometer is connected to the assembly line.
After the provided bearings are tested by this vibrometer, the quality of the bearings is divided into qualified and unqualified. Qualified products are sent out through the discharge conveyor belt, and unqualified products are discharged into the waste box on the side of the vibrometer.
The rotation method of the friction torque automatic vibrometer adopts a servo motor with high rotation accuracy; the axial load is loaded by the load block, and there is a certain buffer and shock absorption during the loading process to avoid damaging the bearings and device due to rigid connections during the loading process.
The biggest feature of the friction torque automatic vibrometer is that the entire process from feeding, pre-inspection of grease uniformity, detection of side a, side change, detection of side b, and discharging (qualified and unqualified) are all automatically completed, and the test time may be as required ( Without affecting the test quality of the bearing, such as the production rhythm, etc.), it reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the production efficiency.
The friction torque automatic vibrometer mainly includes a spindle rotation test system, a load block loading device, a feeding conveyor belt, a workpiece shifting fork movement positioning mechanism, a grease pre-checking mechanism, a rotary torque sensor detection device, a bearing changing device, and a discharge conveyor It consists of ten parts (qualified and unqualified), computer vibrometers and control systems.
