Product Details

This bearing measuring instrument is an automated device specifically designed to measure the rolling friction torque of bearings (model 6006; outer diameter Ø55mm, inner diameter Ø30mm, width 13mm). The instrument is connected to the assembly line for use.
After being tested by this measuring instrument, the supplied bearings are classified into two quality grades: qualified and unqualified. Qualified products are conveyed out via the discharge conveyor belt, while unqualified products are routed into the waste bin located on the side of the measuring instrument.
The friction torque automatic measuring instrument employs a servo motor for rotation, ensuring high rotational accuracy. Axial loading is achieved through load blocks, which provide a certain degree of cushioning and shock absorption during the loading process, thereby preventing damage to bearings and equipment caused by rigid connections during loading.
The most distinctive feature of the friction torque automatic measuring instrument is that it automatically completes the entire process—from material feeding, pre-inspection for grease distribution, detection of surface A, surface changeover, detection of surface B, to material discharge (for both pass and fail products). The testing time can be adjusted as needed—without compromising the quality of bearing tests, such as in response to production rhythms. This reduces workers’ labor intensity and significantly improves production efficiency.
The automatic friction torque measuring instrument mainly consists of ten components: a spindle rotation testing system, a load block loading device, a feeding conveyor belt, a workpiece fork-moving and positioning mechanism, a grease uniformity pre-inspection mechanism, a rotary torque sensor detection device, a bearing surface-reversing device, an output conveyor belt (for both pass and fail products), and a computer-based measurement and control system.
