BGT-1 Bearing Sealing Performance Tester
The BGT-1A type sealing performance Tester is mainly used to test the sealing performance of sealed bearings such as grease leakage, temperature rise and dust resistance. It may achieve three functions by replacing the tooling.
Grease leakage performance test: The key is to apply a specific load and speed to the bearing, run it continuously for 6 hours, check its grease leakage, measure its grease leakage, so as to judge the performance of the bearing's grease leakage; dustproof performance test: put the bearing in a specific dust environment In, run at a specific speed for 6 hours, and use a microscope to observe and measure the amount of dust that has penetrated into the bearing to determine the dustproof performance of the bearing; temperature rise performance test: the bearing runs under a specific load and speed, and the maximum temperature of the outer ring is the same as that of the same period. The difference in ambient temperature is used as the bearing temperature rise value to determine the bearing temperature rise performance.
