Product Details
A bearing life testing machine is a device capable of applying a specified load to rolling bearings and driving them through rotational fatigue life tests. The so-called “enhanced” testing method, while maintaining the same contact fatigue failure mechanism as conventional rolling bearings, increases the equivalent dynamic load applied to the test bearing to nearly or even reach half of its rated dynamic load C, thereby shortening the duration of the test. Compared with conventional testing methods, the enhanced life testing approach significantly reduces testing time and also lowers testing costs. The results of bearing life tests can reveal the quality levels of various factors—including bearing structural design, manufacturing processes, material heat treatment techniques, and lubrication—and thus serve as an important indicator for comprehensively evaluating the quality of bearing products.
