Fully Automatic Bearing Ring Eddy Current Flaw Detector
The automatic bearing ring eddy current flaw detector detects the abnormal influence of the eddy current and magnetic field changes caused by the defects of the metal material on the impedance of the probe coil to determine whether there are defects on the metal surface or the superficial layer; through a reasonable mechanical mechanism, properly arrange multiple probes, It is equipped with an eddy current detector and control system to realize the detection, automatic transmission and sorting (rejection of defective products) on the two ends and inner and outer ring surfaces of the bearing ring, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic flaw detection of the bearing ring.

Cracks and defects with a depth of ≥0.06mm, length ≥ 2mm, and width ≥0.01mm extending from the surface of the workpiece to the metal; for cracks in the metal that have not yet extended to the surface of the workpiece, when the thickness of the metal between the upper edge of the crack and the surface of the workpiece is ≤0.2 mm, the depth is ≥0.20mm, the length is ≥ 2mm, and the width is ≥0.01mm.
Missing rate: 0%, that is, 100% of unqualified products will be eliminated; the misjudgment rate (by mistaken judgment of qualified products as unqualified) ≤ 2%.
