Product Details

The automatic vibration analyzer for tapered roller bearings consists primarily of components such as a hydrostatic spindle and its drive system, a sensor-position adjustment device, a bearing-unloading and adjustment mechanism, an axial loading device, a radial loading device, a velocity sensor, an acceleration sensor, and an electronic measurement system. The electronic measurement system comprises sensors, preamplifiers, data acquisition cards, a computer, and vibration analyzer software. This instrument features functions for measuring bearing vibration values (root-mean-square and peak values), intelligently identifying manufacturing defects in bearings, and monitoring bearing noise.
