Spherical Roller Bearing Automatic vibrometer
This bearing vibrometer is an automatic vibrometer for bearing vibration (velocity) designed specifically for spherical roller
bearings (the outer diameter of the tested bearing is 0 100mm-0250mm, and the thickness is 25mm-100mm).The main shalt of this bearing vibrometer adopts horizontal type, and the main shaft adopts hydrostatic sliding bearing transmissionwhich has high rotation accuracy, the loading is horizontal loading of the bearing (cylinder loading), and the loading is two loadingsof the inner and outer rings.
There is a certain amount ofshock absorption during the processto avoid damage to the bearing and device due to the rigid connectionduring the loading process.
The biggest feature of this vibrometer is that the entire processfrom feeding, inspection 1, face change, inspection 2, discharging (qual ifiedand unqualified), etc. are completed automatically, and the test time maybe as needed (without afecting the test quality of the bearing)(Such asproduction rhythm, ete.) adjustment.
