This bearing vibration meter is an automatic instrument designed specifically for measuring the vibration (velocity) of self-aligning roller bearings (with a measured bearing outer diameter ranging from 100 mm to 250 mm and a thickness between 25 mm and 100 mm).
The spindle of this bearing vibration analyzer adopts a horizontal design. The spindle is driven by a hydrostatic sliding bearing, ensuring high rotational accuracy. The loading mechanism employs horizontal bearing loading (cylinder loading), with the load applied twice—alternating between the inner and outer rings. During the loading process, a certain degree of cushioning and shock absorption is provided, thereby preventing damage to the bearing and equipment caused by rigid connections during loading.
The most distinctive feature of this vibration analyzer is that it automatically completes the entire process—from material feeding, inspection 1, surface switching, inspection 2, to material discharge (distinguishing between qualified and unqualified products). The testing time can be adjusted as needed (without compromising the quality of bearing tests, such as in alignment with production rhythms). This reduces workers’ labor intensity and significantly improves production efficiency.
This automatic vibration (velocity) measuring instrument for bearings mainly consists of several major components, including the spindle lubrication oil circuit system, the spindle drive mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the bearing axial loading device, the velocity-type sensor detection unit, the bearing axial surface-changing loading device, the discharge conveyor belt (for both qualified and unqualified products), as well as computer-based measurement instruments and a control system.
