Three-Generation Hub Unit Automatic vibrometer
This vibrometer is an automatic bearing vibrometer specially designed for the third-generation Hub, and is used in connection with the assembly line.
After the provided wheel bearings are tested by this vibrometer, the quality level is divided into qualified and unqualified. Qualified products are conveyed out by the discharge conveyor belt, and unqualified products are placed in the unqualified material trough (the unqualified trough and corresponding accessories are determined by SKF provides and needs to be installed on site).
The main shaft of the third-generation Hub unit automatic vibrometer adopts a vertical type, and the main shaft adopts a hydrodynamic and static pressure sliding bearing transmission, which has high rotation accuracy; the loading is a cylinder to push the loading shaft to load, and the linear bearing is guided to ensure that the loading force is perpendicular to the bearing end surface.
The biggest feature of the third-generation Hub unit automatic vibrometer is that the entire process from feeding, testing, and discharging (qualified and unqualified) is automatically completed, and the test time may be as required.
(Without affecting the test quality of the bearing, such as production rhythm, etc.), adjustment reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves production efficiency.
The three-generation Hub unit automatic vibrometer is mainly composed of spindle lubricating oil system, spindle system, feeding conveyor belt, workpiece clamping and moving positioning mechanism, bearing loading device, laser sensor detection device, discharge conveyor belt (qualified and unqualified), It consists of nine parts including computer vibrometers and control systems.
