Product Details
This vibration analyzer is designed specifically for the structural characteristics of deep-groove ball bearings. It achieves full automation—from material feeding, material waiting, detection, flipping, and material discharge to sorting—offering high testing accuracy and excellent repeatability. It eliminates the variability introduced by manual testing, resulting in high work efficiency.
This vibration analyzer converts the mechanical signals of bearing vibrations into electronic signals via sensors. The electronic signals undergo a series of processing steps—including sampling, filtering, computation, and statistical analysis—to obtain several parameters that characterize bearing quality. By comparing these parameters with reference values, the analyzer can distinguish between different bearing quality grades and automatically classify them into distinct categories. Furthermore, the analysis and statistical evaluation of bearing manufacturing defects can be utilized for quality control throughout the bearing manufacturing process.
The single-axis automatic vibration meter is compact and cost-effective, making it ideal for applications with limited space and as a replacement for manual vibration meters. The dual-axis automatic vibration meter boasts high efficiency and features a wide variety of loading and unloading interfaces, making it suitable for production lines. Modified machines are offered at attractive prices and have a short manufacturing cycle, making them well-suited for upgrading existing manual systems.
Customers who are looking to automate their vibration meters.
