ZDW850-910/BVT Single Shaft Bearing Automatic vibrometer
The vibrometer is designed for the structural characteristics of deep groove ball bearings. It is automated from feeding, waiting, testing, turning, discharging to classification, with high test accuracy and good repeatability, eliminating the random caused by manual testing, with a high work efficiency.
The vibrometer converts the mechanical signal of bearing vibration into an electronic signal by a sensor. A series of processing such as sampling, filtering, calculation, and statistics are performed on the electronic signal to obtain several parameters that characterize the quality of the bearing. Compare with the reference parameters, you may distinguish the quality level of bearings and automatically classify them. The analysis and statistics of bearing manufacturing defects may be used for quality control of the bearing manufacturing process.
The single-axis automatic vibrometer is small in size and economical in price.
