Spherical Roller Bearing Automatic vibrometer
This bearing vibrometer is an automatic vibrometer for bearing vibration (velocity) designed specifically for spherical roller bearings (the outer diameter of the tested bearing is Ø100mm-Ø200mm, and the thickness is 27mm-95mm).
The main shaft of this bearing vibrometer adopts horizontal type, and the main shaft adopts hydrostatic sliding bearing transmission, which has high rotation accuracy; the loading is horizontal loading of the bearing (cylinder loading), and the loading is two loadings of the inner and outer rings.
There is a certain amount of shock absorption during the process to avoid damage to the bearing and device due to the rigid connection during the loading process.
The biggest feature of this vibrometer is that the entire process from feeding, inspection 1, face change, inspection 2, discharging (qualified and unqualified), etc. are completed automatically, and the test time may be as needed (without affecting the test quality of the bearing) (Such as production rhythm, etc.) adjustment.
